JULIUS CAESAR

The Utah Shakespeare Festival presents Julius Caesar for the 2021 Shakespeare-in-the-Schools tour. Because of COVID-19 restrictions, the production has been recorded and is available through May 15, 2021. Complete the sign-up form below to view Julius Caesar with your class or school group. When you submit your request, you will be redirected to the website that includes the link to watch the production and other supplementary information. Make sure to save the web address for the page to view later, if needed.

It's All Greek to Me:  Performance Tools in Julius Caesar, is a free workshop, being provided on April 15 and 16, 2021. The workshop is hosted by a professional actor from Julius Caesar who will engage students through a series of exercises, identifying and utilizing tools and themes in the text of the show. The workshop is offered as follows:

Workshop Teacher: Gilberto Saenz
Roles:  Soothsayer/Metellus/Lepidus
Gilberto Saenz is a graduate of Yale University with a B.A. in Theatre Studies. He is an alumnus of the National Theater Institute at the O'Neill Theater and a Lin-Manuel Miranda Family Fellow. He recently joined Milwaukee Rep for its 2019-20 season. www.gilbertosaenz.com @gilbertthehuman
