REVIEW CRITERIA
Applications are reviewed by the West Valley Arts Visual Arts Committee and are considered on the following criteria:

- Relevance to the West Valley Arts mission - "Creating opportunities to learn, experience and celebrate art, culture and community."
- Artistic merit and quality of work
- Subject matter
- Relevance to community interests
- Suitability to facility
- Historical and/or educational significance
- Ability to generate visitation and/or media coverage
SALE OF ARTWORK
West Valley Arts keeps a 30% commission on all art sales, and will manage all sales directly. All art sold shall remain on the premises until the conclusion of the exhibition, unless otherwise arranged between West Valley Arts, the artist, and the buyer. It is not mandatory for artworks to be for sale, although it is encouraged. Any commission on art sales goes toward funding the West Valley Arts and Cultural Foundation's programming.
