How you redeem your tickets and select dates and seats after purchase
If you purchased your tickets through our old platform OvationTix (or AudienceView), please call the box office to redeem your season tickets. If you've already redeemed your OvationTix season tickets, those seats have already been transferred to our new ticketing software, On the Stage, and you don't need to do anything further.
To Redeem your On the Stage Subscription Package
1. After purchasing your subscription, you will see the following message in your confirmation email below:
2. To redeem tickets, click on the "My Subscriptions" link. Enter the email address used to purchase the subscription. Push "Send Code."
3. You will be sent an email with a One Time Password (OTP) to unlock the subscriptions page to select your tickets. It will arrive in your email within a few seconds. In the mean time, your screen above will refresh and change to the following image below (please note this may take up to 20 seconds to change).

5. You have two minutes to enter the code received in the "Confirmation Code" box. If you take longer than two minutes, you will need to have the code resent. Enter the "Confirmation Code" box and click "Confirm."
6. Once you click confirm, after about 30 seconds, you will be routed to your Subscription Overview page.
7. Select and click on the first show you would like to reserve. Our example show here is She Kills Monsters.
8. Click on the show to get to the event's ticketing page.
9. Click BUY TICKETS.

10. Select and click on the date and time of your performance. We've selected March 18, 2022 for this example.
11. Click on the SUBSCRIPTION ticket type and add the number of tickets you would like to redeem.
12. Push the PURCHASE button at the bottom of the page. This brings you to your CART. The ticket type is SUBSCRIPTION. Since you have already paid for these tickets in advance with your subscription package, the total price is $0.00.
13. Click on the CHECKOUT button. Fill in the required information to finish processing your purchase, then push COMPLETE PURCHASE.
14. You will receive a new confirmation number and specific email for the show and subscription tickets you just redeemed.
15. Now when you go back to your Subscription landing page, click refresh. You can now see how many tickets you have left to redeem.
16. You can now redeem the rest of your subscriptions for each individual show in one session. If you prefer to redeem your subscription tickets on a rolling basis, go back to your original subscription purchase email, click on the My Subscriptions link, reauthorize your log in with the OTP, and repeat the ticket redemption steps.
